Telecom Italia SpA, IT department: ten important years, during which I was involved in the development of various types of IT systems, accumulating skills and experience in new areas.

Among the systems I worked on:

• Measurement of TLC network performance
• Detection of anomalies and faults in the mobile network
• Accounting for the use of ADSL services by national users

These were complex and critical systems, for the management of large amounts of data, with many interfaces between different systems, with important economic and corporate image implications.
